Kristin Phillips

Kristin Phillips, PE, is a seasoned professional in traffic engineering with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Since November 2022, Kristin has served as the Division Director for Traffic Engineering at Gwinnett County Government. Prior to this role, Kristin held the position of Signal Section Manager at the Gwinnett County Department of Transportation from May 2018 to October 2022, and before that, served as Signal Timing Manager within Gwinnett County Transportation. Kristin's career also includes positions such as Project Manager and Traffic Engineer at Wolverton & Associates, Inc., and Transportation Engineer at ARCADIS, among others. Kristin earned a Master of Science in Civil Engineering with a focus on Transportation Engineering from Texas A&M University and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Michigan State University.
