Luke West

Luke West is an experienced wastewater management professional with a diverse background in the field. Since September 2021, Luke has been serving as the Wastewater Manager for Gwinnett County Government. Prior to this role, Luke held positions at Veolia North America as a Class 1 Operator and at ESG Operations, Inc. as a Wastewater Operator Class 1. Luke's earlier experience includes serving as Chief Operator and Class A Wastewater Operator for the Charlotte County Board of County Commissioners and as a Wastewater Treatment Operator for Manatee County Government. Luke holds an Associate of Arts degree from the State College of Florida-Manatee-Sarasota, and has pursued further education at California State University-Sacramento and Florida Gulf Coast University.
