Carol M.

Carol M. has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Carol began their career as an Administrative Assistant at Wyeth Philippines, Inc in 1987 and worked there for 18 years. In 2005, they transitioned to Herity (formerly The Heron Group of Companies) as a Site Project Specialist until 2012.

Afterwards, Carol joined FIRST Insurance Funding of Canada, A Wintrust Company as a Commercial Loan Processing Specialist, where they conducted policy verification and processed large loans. Carol held this role until 2018 and also worked as a Loan Processing Specialist during the same period.

In 2018, Carol worked as a Sales Consultant at World Financial Group (WFG) before moving on to Altig - American Income Life Insurance Company as a Benefits Specialist in 2019. Carol built and maintained a client-based network offering income life, accident, and supplemental health benefits.

Later in 2019, Carol joined Bentley as a Sales Associate and then transitioned to LifeLabs Medical Laboratory Services as a Customer Care Associate, responsible for assisting medical practitioners and patients with their needs and setting up appointments.

In 2019, Carol also worked at Zales Canada as a Jewelry Consultant, where they excelled in retail and effectively presented and closed deals for customers.

Most recently, Carol held positions as a Property Administrator at GWL Realty Advisors and Canada Life in 2020. In these roles, they processed accounts receivables and payables, monitored old age receivables, provided excellent service to tenants and vendors, and collaborated with property managers and various departments.

Throughout their work experience, Carol has demonstrated strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Carol M. attended St. Paul's University from 1982 to 1986, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science in Commerce with a specialization in Marketing. In 2001, they obtained a certification in ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems, specifically as a Division Controller, from the institution ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems For Wyeth.
