Craig Hatt

Craig Hatt is a seasoned real estate professional with significant experience in asset management, currently serving as Senior Director of National Asset Management at GWL Realty Advisors since December 2014. In this role, Craig oversees the multi-residential portfolio for various pension fund and insurance company clients, focusing on value creation and cash flow growth. Prior to this position, Craig held the title of Director of Asset Management at Starlight Investments and managed a diverse portfolio of multi-family assets across Canada. Earlier experience includes roles as Asset Manager at TransGlobe Investment Management and as Consultant & Lead National Research Analyst at Cushman & Wakefield, where Craig contributed to development projects and property appraisals. Educational qualifications include a Diploma in Urban Land Economics from The University of British Columbia, a Diploma in Business Geographics & GIS from the Centre of Geographic Sciences, and a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Geography from the University of Guelph.
