Eimantas Lapienis

Eimantas Lapienis is a skilled Senior Building Operator with extensive experience in building operations, having worked at GWL Realty Advisors since June 2023 and previously at OPUS Corporation, Avison Young, Boardwalk, and Mountain Park Lodges. Eimantas possesses a Systems Maintenance Technician (SMT® designation) from BOMI Education Canada and has a solid educational background with a Master's degree in Cultural Heritage Conservation and a Bachelor's degree in History from Vilnius University, along with studies at the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology and NAIT. This combination of hands-on experience and academic training equips Eimantas with a strong foundation in building maintenance and management.
