Ramez Ragai, P.Eng., CEM has over 30 years of work experience in engineering and technical services. Ramez is currently the Senior Director of Technical Services at GWL Realty Advisors, where they oversee technical services for multiple commercial high-end buildings in Toronto, North York, and Mississauga. In addition, they are responsible for energy management, MEP capital projects, and providing technical assistance to the operations team. Ramez Ragai, P.Eng., CEM has a diverse educational background. Ramez obtained a Certified Energy Manager (CEM) degree from The University of Georgia in 2003, specializing in Energy Management. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Marine Engineering and Naval Architecture from Alexandria University, with a focus on ship design and construction, from 1986 to 1991.
