Tamara Egamnazarova is an accomplished professional in the energy and engineering sectors, currently serving as a GWNET Mentee in the GWNET Empowering Central Asian Women in Renewable Energy Mentoring Program while also participating in a fellowship with GoViralCentralAsia. Tamara has experience as an Instructor of NEUROGRAPHICA® and as a TechWomen Fellow, focusing on empowering women in STEM fields. Previous roles include positions as an Electrical Engineer at Pacific Gas and Electric Company and SunPower Corporation, and an Engineer at Sirdarya Power Plant, among others. With a PhD in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from North China Electric Power University and advanced degrees from Tashkent State Technical University, Tamara is dedicated to addressing gender imbalances in the energy sector and fostering innovation through creative methodologies.
