Leanne Smith

Leanne Smith currently serves as a North American Quality Engineer at GWS Tool Group, a position held since January 2022. Prior to this role, Leanne worked at GF Linamar from April 2017 to the present as an Integrated Management Systems Coordinator and previously as a TQM Administrator. Leanne’s earlier experience includes four years at Arvato Bertelsmann North America as a Human Resources Recruiter and Assistant, as well as over a decade at NC Farm Bureau as an Associate Agent/Customer Service Representative. Leanne holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Montreat College, obtained between 2010 and 2013, and an Associate of Applied Science in Hotel Restaurant Management from AB-Tech, completed from 1992 to 1994.
