Bethany Cobb

Bethany Cobb (Kung) has extensive experience in academia, currently serving as the Director of the University Honors Program and as an Associate Professor of Honors and Physics at The George Washington University since September 2010. Previous roles include Assistant Professor of Honors and Physics and a National Science Foundation Astronomy and Astrophysics Postdoctoral Fellow at The George Washington University, as well as a National Science Foundation Astronomy and Astrophysics Postdoctoral Fellow at UC Berkeley from September 2008 to September 2010. Bethany Cobb (Kung) completed a Ph.D. and M.S. in Astronomy at Yale University between 2002 and 2008 and holds a B.A. in Astrophysics and Psychology from Williams College, earned from 1998 to 2002.
