Jose Jacobo

Jose Jacobo currently serves as the Assistant Director and Honors Advisor for the University Honors Program at the University of Cincinnati since May 2023. Previously, at Guilford College from August 2021 to May 2023, Jose held the position of Assistant Director and Integrated Academic & Career Advisor, advising over 100 first- and second-year students on major exploration, degree planning, and career development. Jose's extensive experience at Miami University includes roles as Resident Director, Assistant Resident Director, and Student Leadership Coordinator at the Wilks Leadership Institute, where responsibilities included organizing leadership conferences and facilitating student orientation programs. Jose holds a Master's of Science in Student Affairs in Higher Education and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Miami University, as well as a high school diploma from Saint Ignatius High School.
