Christopher Mores

Christopher Mores serves as a Professor and Director of the MPH in Global Health Epidemiology and Disease Control program at The George Washington University since August 2018. In parallel, Christopher holds the position of Principal Innovation in Public Health Policy at Financial Empowerment Partners, focusing on health and wellbeing through financial inclusion, and leads a Virology Lab at Singletto aimed at innovating infection prevention and control practices. As a Partner at ID EPI Associates, LLC, Christopher contributes extensive expertise, further enhanced by previous roles, including serving as a biosecurity and biocontainment subject matter expert at Curative, and acting as Department Head for virology and emerging infectious diseases in the US Navy. Academic experience includes professorships at Louisiana State University and the University of Florida, with foundational expertise in arbovirus research. Christopher's educational background includes a ScD in Immunology and Infectious Diseases from Harvard University, alongside degrees in Tropical Public Health from Harvard and Biological Sciences from Rutgers University.
