James C. Yang

James C. Yang, MD, MBA, MPH, FACP, serves as the Medical Director for Kaiser Geographic Managed Care at Kaiser Permanente since August 2019 and holds multiple roles, including involvement in the Physician Advisory Council and leading cardiovascular consultations. With a robust background, Yang has worked as an Integrative Physician at The Virginia Center for Health and Wellness and as an Internist at Metro Immediate and Primary Care. Yang also contributes to academic medicine as a Clinical Assistant Professor at George Washington University, providing education to medical students and nurse practitioner students. Previous experience includes medical directorship at GWU-Metro Immediate and Primary Care and training in geriatric and integrative medicine at the George Washington University Medical Center. Yang holds a Doctor of Medicine from Emory University, a Master of Public Health from Emory University Rollins School of Public Health, and an MBA from The George Washington University.
