Joshua Wind

Joshua Wind, MD, FAANS, FACS, currently serves as a Neurosurgeon at Inova Health and as an Associate Professor at the University of Virginia School of Medicine, where involvement includes the Department of Medical Education. With a longstanding academic presence, Joshua Wind holds the position of Associate Clinical Professor of Neurosurgery at The George Washington University, contributing to the field since July 2006. Previous roles include Adjunct Assistant Professor of Neurosurgery at Johns Hopkins Medicine and Neurosurgeon at Washington Neurosurgical Associates. Joshua Wind also served as a Physician Board Member for the District of Columbia Board of Medicine, focusing on health regulation and quality care. Early career experience includes a Research Fellowship at the National Institutes of Health.
