Sara Melita

Sara Melita is the President of Melita Consulting 2.0 since January 2023, leading a small woman-owned business that focuses on consulting and coaching. With over 25 years of experience, Sara has served as a Consultant, Executive Coach, Facilitator, and Trainer at The George Washington University since April 2018, contributing to various projects and supporting faculty and staff across the institution. Previously, Sara worked as Chief of Staff to the Dean of the GW School of Medicine and Health Sciences and held several senior leadership roles at The George Washington University, including Senior Advisor and Assistant Vice President for Organizational Development & Effectiveness. Sara’s career includes extensive experience at CSC, where roles varied from Director of Account Development to Manager of Corporate Knowledge Program. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Applied Behavior Science from The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Maryland.
