Alvaro Calvete

Alvaro Calvete has been working in the software testing industry since 2014. Alvaro began their career at Abstracta QA, where they held the roles of Testing Services and Tester Funcional. In 2018, they joined Practia Uruguay and Practia Global as an Analista de Testing. Alvaro has been with GeneXus Consulting since 2022, where they are a Senior Software Tester. Alvaro has also worked for Iritex S.R.L. Importaciones since 2005, where they are the Encargado de planificación de logística.

Alvaro Calvete completed a degree in Tester de Software from Centro de Ensayos de Software between 2019 and 2020. Additionally, they obtained the ISTQB® Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL) certification from Brightest in October 2022, the Analista GXtest certification from GeneXus in February 2016, and the Testing Funcional certification from Centro de Ensayos de Software in December 2015.
