Lic Andréia Matonti

Lic Andréia Matonti, PMP, CSM, CBAP, PMI PBA has worked in the IT industry since 2001. Lic Andréia began their career at Trintech S.A. as a Programmer. In 2004, they worked at Digitelecom sl. as an Analyst, Designer and Programmer. Lic Andréia also worked at Tata Consultancy Services as part of the Comicrom project (Team Member) in 2004. In 2003, they worked at TCS S.A. as a Systems Quality Analyst, participating in the process of obtaining CMM, CMMI and PCMM certifications. Lic Andréia also taught courses on the subject. In 2001, they joined ST Consultores as Senior Analyst for the BPS project, where they were responsible for maintenance and development of applications. From 2008 to 2017, they worked at Sonda as Lead Functional Analyst for the Judicial Power project, where they were responsible for requirements gathering, construction of solutions, scope negotiation, requirements management, task coordination, estimation management, expectations management and functional validation. Finally, from 2011 to 2017, they worked at GeneXus Consulting as Business Analyst/Scrum Master/Coordinator, where they were responsible for Scrum Master of agile cells, system implementation, validation and follow-up of the solution post-implementation.

Lic Andréia Matonti, PMP, CSM, CBAP, PMI PBA has an extensive education history. In 1998, they obtained a Licenciada En Análisis de sistemas de información from Universidad ORT Uruguay. In 2007, they obtained a PMP from PMI Capitulo Montevideo in the field of Gestión de proyectos. In 2008, they obtained a Curso de Gestión de Calidad y Mejora de Procesos en Proyectos Informáticos from Universidad ORT Uruguay in the field of Tecnología de la información. In 2011, they obtained a certification from PMI. In 2013, they obtained a Certified Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance. In 2015, they obtained a CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) from IIBA New Zealand Chapter. In 2016, they obtained a PMI PBA (Professional in Business Analysis) from PMI. In 2022, they will obtain a Transformación Digital: Tecnologías y sus Aplicaciones Prácticas from MIT Professional Education in the field of Transformación Digital.
