Adam Prus

Adam Prus is a seasoned operations leader with extensive experience in production and logistics management. Adam began a career at LG Display as Production Director, where responsibilities included building a new team in Poland and transferring technology standards from Korea. Following this, Adam held key roles at Amazon, including Regional Leader for Grocery Fulfillment in Spain, where significant revenue growth and operational efficiencies were achieved. At Ergis-Eurofilms, Adam served as Operations Director, managing plant operations and securing substantial EU grants for innovative production facilities. Currently, Adam is Site Director at GXO Logistics, overseeing the largest fully automated logistics site in the Netherlands, with leadership responsibilities for a significant workforce. Adam holds multiple Executive MBA degrees and master's degrees in Electronic and Telecommunications and Production and Service Management.
