Dave Poulsom

Dave Poulsom currently serves as the Fulfilment Deployment Lead at GXO Logistics, Inc., a position held since September 2025 following the company's acquisition of Wincanton. Previously, Dave worked at Wincanton from November 2000 to October 2025 as both the IT Application Services Team Leader - Fulfilment and an Analyst Programmer, specializing in Warehouse Management Systems and various programming languages. Dave's career began in April 1999 at Ramesys as a Developer, focusing on Powerhouse 4GL. Earlier experience includes roles at Glynwed Brickhouse as an Analyst Programmer and at Hawker Energy Products, where Dave commenced as a Data Processing Supervisor, developing skills in IT and programming over a span of nearly four decades in the industry.
