Eric Rougie

Eric Rougie has a diverse work experience spanning various finance roles in different companies. Eric began their career at Otis, United Technologies in 1996 as an Intercompany & Consolidation Manager. Eric then moved on to France Boissons, Heineken Group as a Consolidation, Accounting, and Tax Manager. In 2001, they returned to Otis, United Technologies as the Director of Financial Planning for North and Eastern Europe.

Eric Rougie joined Otis France in 2006 as the Director of Internal Control. Eric then moved within the Otis organization to become the Chief Financial Officer for the Benelux region and later the Netherlands Group. In 2014, Rougie joined Chubb Fire & Security as the Chief Financial Officer for France.

In 2018, they assumed the position of Chief Financial Officer for the EMEA region at Carrier Commercial Refrigeration. Their most recent role is as the SVP Finance for Continental Europe at GXO Logistics, Inc., where they started in 2022.

Eric Rougie has a Master's degree in Internal Audit from Université Paris Cité, which they obtained in 1994. In 2010, they completed an Executive MBA program at HEC Paris. In 2009, they took a short-term course on Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies at Babson College. Prior to their higher education, in 1989 to 1992 they attended OMNES Education. Additionally, in 1991 they studied Money and Banking at The University of Texas at Austin.
