Harm Dankers

Harm Dankers is currently the BU Manager Operational Excellence at GXO Logistics, where they oversee engineering and projects. They previously held several managerial roles in logistics and engineering, including Manager Strategic Engineering at Rhenus Logistics and Manager Projects and Engineering at Ingram Micro Commerce & Fulfillment. Harm's early career included positions as a Night Porter at Boutique Hotel Lumière and a Host at ServiceResidentie Molenwijck. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and Management Studies and have pursued graduate studies in Operations Management & Logistics at Technische Universiteit Eindhoven.
