Luciana Costa

Luciana Costa is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in logistics and supply chain management. Currently serving as Senior Director of Information Technology at GXO Logistics, Inc., since February 2024, Luciana previously held the position of Managing Director for IT Global Professional Services at FedEx Logistics, leading healthcare and consumer IT initiatives. With a robust tenure at DHL Supply Chain from 2009 to 2022, Luciana advanced from IT Project Leader to Director of North America IT for the Life Sciences and Health Care Business Unit, overseeing IT improvements and project management across multiple sectors. Earlier career roles include Field Engineer at Schlumberger and Project Leader at DHL Exel Supply Chain, complemented by early engineering experience at Bosch. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universidade Estadual de Campinas, further specialization in Project Management, and a master's degree in Wireline Logging from the British Training Center in Scotland.
