Oliver McBride

Oliver McBride is a seasoned Health and Safety Manager with extensive experience in logistics and warehouse operations. Currently serving at GXO Logistics, Inc. since September 2025, Oliver oversees health and safety across multiple sites, a continuation of the role held at Wincanton from February 2021 to September 2025, which included responsibilities such as fire safety, incident investigations, and audits. Prior to these positions, Oliver held various managerial roles at Wincanton and Sainsbury's, including leading teams and managing online grocery operations. Oliver began the career at Waitrose & Partners, acquiring foundational skills in retail management. Oliver is currently pursuing a NEBOSH National General Certificate in Occupational Safety and Health and holds a Bachelor's degree in Politics from the University of Leeds.
