Rachel Gilbey

Rachel Gilbey has over 20 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management. Currently serving as the Managing Director for Healthcare, Aerospace, Defence, Public, and Infrastructure at GXO Logistics, Inc. since October 2025, Rachel previously held the position of Managing Director of General Merchandise at Wincanton from August 2003 to September 2025. Rachel's expertise includes leadership of over 7,000 colleagues, automation and robotics implementation, supply chain transformation, and systems deployment. Additional roles at Wincanton encompassed Director of Consumer, Finance Director for Retail and Consumer, and various finance-related positions, leading teams across multiple locations. Rachel holds a CIMA Professional Qualification from The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and a degree in Economics from Coventry University.
