Roger Lekberg

Roger Lekberg has a diverse work experience that spans various roles in the supply chain and operations field. Roger has held positions such as Vice President at GXO Logistics, Inc., where they were responsible for operations. Roger also founded and led Linkedin Group as a Leading VP of Supply Chain Operations. Lekberg served as Vice President of Operations at XPO Logistics, where they managed multiple distribution operations and expanded the business through strong client relationships. Additionally, they worked as the Owner of Lekberg Enterprises, providing supply chain consulting and due diligence support to private equity companies. Prior to that, they held positions such as Vice President of Operations at Roadlink Workforce Solutions and President at The Alternative Board. Lekberg has also held leadership roles at Exel, LG Electronics, Safeway, Inc., and RiteAid Corporation, where they managed large budgets, oversaw multiple facilities, implemented technologies, and optimized supply chain processes.

Roger Lekberg has pursued advanced education in various fields. Roger has completed a program on Good Manufacturing Practices at Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business. Additionally, they have pursued advanced education in Supply Chain at Michigan State University - Eli Broad College of Business and Finance Concentration in an MBA program at Northern Illinois University.
