Steve Cook is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operational management, continuous improvement, and project management, primarily within the aerospace industry. Currently serving as a Continuous Improvement Consultant at GXO Logistics, Inc. since April 2025, Steve has also held various key roles including Programme and CI Manager and freelance consultant through Steve Cook Solutions Ltd. Previous positions include significant leadership roles at Rolls-Royce and project management within charities. With over 33 years in the industry, Steve’s expertise encompasses operational problem-solving, IT system implementation, and charitable mentoring, complemented by a Diploma in Management from The Open University Business School and membership in the Chartered Management Institute.
