Dario Patrizi

Dario Patrizi has extensive work experience as a senior software engineer, specializing in C++ development. Dario started their career as a software designer and senior programmer at Advanced Computer Systems in 1999, where they worked on projects involving C++, multithreading, SQL, and various other technologies. Dario also served as the project manager for the porting of a project to the Sun Solaris 8 platform.

In 2007, Dario joined Poste Italiane as a technical analyst and software designer, focusing on Java, J2EE, Spring, DB2, and Eclipse. Dario contributed to the design of different functionalities for the company's front-end tool, working with legacy IBM CICS banking systems and DB2 database.

From 2010 to 2020, Dario worked at Sky Italia as a senior software engineer. Dario was responsible for the development and maintenance of billing procedures, where they rewrote the procedures in C++, optimizing and reorganizing them. Dario also implemented an efficient interface with the Oracle database using C++ templates and wrote a wrapper library for XML parsing. Additionally, they dealt with the adoption of the SEPA banking standard.

In 2020, Dario joined Empirix as a C++ senior software engineer, where they continued to apply their expertise in C++ development.

At the beginning of 2022, they moved to Lutech, another company where they held the position of C++ senior software engineer.

Currently, Dario works at Gyala S.r.l. as a C++ senior software engineer.
