Diogo Sarath has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2011 as a Service Desk Analyst at Unisys. In 2012, they became an Estagiário desenvolvedor de soluções WEB at Dextra Sistemas. In 2014, they became an Analista de Teste at CompNet, where their main goal was to reduce the defect rate encountered by customers. In 2015, they moved to AZ Informática Ltda, also as an Analista de Teste. From 2016 to 2019, they worked at Softplan Planejamento e Sistemas as a QA Test Analyst. During this time, they created API and GUI tests for new software modules, gave training about the test automation tools, and helped to create the software test automation process and architecture. In 2018, they moved to McFadyen Digital as a QA Analyst | QA Lead, where they assisted with management and prioritization activities, solved client questions, and created the Test Automation Architecture of the local projects. In 2019, they became an Advanced Consultant Engineer at Altran. Finally, in 2020, they became a QA Automation Engineer at DefinedCrowd, and in 2021, they moved to GYANT as a SDET Manager and Quality Assurance Automation Lead.

Diogo Sarath has a background in computer engineering, having obtained a degree in Computer Engineering from Universidade Católica Dom Bosco between 2010 and 2014, as well as a degree in Tecnólogo em Redes de Computadores from Universidade Federal de Mato Grosso do Sul between 2010 and 2012. Diogo has also obtained various certifications, such as the Certified Tester Advanced Level - Test Automation Engineer from BSTQB - Brazilian Software Testing Qualifications Board in 2018, the Certified Professional for Requirements Engineering Foundation Level from IREB GmbH in 2018, the EF SET English Certificate (C1 Advanced) from EF Standard English Test (EF SET) in 2018, the Certified Tester, Foundation Level - Agile Tester from BSTQB - Brazilian Software Testing Qualifications Board in 2017, and the Certified Tester Foundation Level from BSTQB - Brazilian Software Testing Qualifications Board in 2014.
