Ekta Aggarwal

Ekta Aggarwal is an experienced product and technology leader, currently serving as a Product and Technical Advisor at Agile Data Decisions and Head of Product and Design at Docker, Inc. Since 2023, Ekta has also founded the Pacific Northwest Product Group and taken on mentorship roles at Techstars Seattle Accelerator, while advising for Solh Wellness, GyftHint, and Glue. Previously, Ekta was the Chief Product Officer at Pie Insurance, focusing on leveraging technology in the commercial insurance sector, and an Executive Member at Round, addressing unique challenges faced by technology leaders. From 2020 to 2022, Ekta worked at Microsoft as a Product and Tech Executive for Microsoft Viva, where performance improvements included a 200% growth. Ekta holds a Master's degree in Operations Research from Boston University and a Bachelor's degree in Operations Research from the Delhi Institute of Technology.
