Charlie Ballard is a seasoned professional in the wellness and performing arts industries, currently serving as the Founder and Head Instructor of CITY ZEN, which specializes in corporate yoga classes for business professionals in London since July 2015. Additionally, Ballard acts as a Brand Ambassador for Sweaty Betty, teaching complimentary yoga classes, and holds positions as a Barrecore instructor and a Yoga instructor at GymBox. With a dynamic background that includes being a dance instructor since 2012 and a former dance captain at Tokyo Disney Resort, Ballard has cultivated a diverse skill set through extensive experience in fitness education and performance, supported by academic qualifications in Performing Arts Management and Hatha Yoga teacher training.
