Josh Taylor

Josh Taylor is an experienced General Manager with a strong background in the leisure industry, currently serving as the General Manager at Gymbox since October 2021. Previously, Josh held the position of General Manager at 1Life, where responsibilities included overseeing the £17m redevelopment of Harpenden Leisure Centre, managing both the demobilisation of the original site and the temporary facilities, culminating in the successful opening of the new centre in April 2021. Prior roles include consulting at SRI and serving as Lead Consultant at Marble Expert Recruitment. Josh’s career began at GLL, where a series of sales and management positions were held, including General Manager roles in various locations across London. Josh holds a BSc in Sports Business Management from the University of Worcester, obtained in 2013.
