Abigail Ward

Abigail Ward has a strong background in retail management, with experience in various leadership roles at well-known companies. Abigail is currently working as the Regional Manager UK at Gym+Coffee, a position they started in April 2021. Prior to this, they worked at J.Crew as a Store Director from March 2019 to September 2020. During their time at J.Crew, Abigail achieved impressive sales results, surpassing company and area averages, and ranking as the top store globally for the month of December with a significant sales increase. Abigail played an active role in commercial strategy discussions and achieved goals related to stock loss reduction and payroll management. Abigail also gained experience in retail management at Reiss, where they served as Store Manager from January 2018 to January 2019. Lastly, they started their career at Hollister Co. in 2012 and worked their way up to becoming the Store Manager of the second largest Hollister store in the UK. Abigail demonstrated strong leadership skills and consistently exceeded company sales projections through their strategic analysis of key performance indicators.

Abigail Ward attended Bourne Grammar School from 2004 to 2009, where they obtained their GCSE's. Abigail then went on to The Royal Masonic School for Girls from 2009 to 2011, where they completed their A Levels in English Language, Philosophy and Ethics, and Psychology. Lastly, they attended The University of Sheffield from 2011 to 2014, where they obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Philosophy.
