Angharad Carlton is the Founder of RESIDENCE, established in June 2024, focusing on enhancing downtime through innovative sleepwear. Since October 2021, Angharad has served as the Global Senior Athlete Marketing Manager at Gymshark, where responsibilities include developing and executing athlete partnership strategies to enhance brand awareness and growth. Previously, Angharad worked at Ear to the Ground as an Influencer Strategist, leading the Global Influencer Strategy for PlayStation and other notable brands. Earlier roles include positions at SocialChain, where Angharad managed influencer campaigns for major brands like Adidas and Coca Cola, and as a Stylist at Selfridges during university studies. Angharad holds a First Class Degree BA Hons in Business and Marketing from The Manchester Metropolitan University, completed in 2017.
