Matt Court

Matt Court is an experienced professional in data governance and business intelligence, currently serving as the Head of BI & Data Governance at Gymshark since July 2020. In this role, Matt is responsible for developing and implementing the Gymshark Data Governance strategy and supporting internal functions with data lifecycle management. Previous roles include Head of Data Platforms at DataQG, where a secondment took place from September 2022 to September 2023, and various positions at npower Business Solutions, such as Growth & Optimisation Manager and Sales Performance Manager, focusing on data quality and GDPR compliance. Matt's earlier career at the Oval Group and Royal Bank of Scotland involved various credit-related roles. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Executive Leadership from Imperial College London and A Levels in Advanced IT and Media Studies from Solihull Sixth Form College.
