Brad Elsinger

Brad Elsinger has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Brad is currently serving as the Head of Risk at Gynger since April 2023. Prior to that, they were the Chief Operating Officer at KyckGlobal from April 2020. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing all business operations, developing product technology strategies, and managing the partner, client, and customer lifecycle.

Before joining KyckGlobal, Brad worked at FundThrough as the Director of Credit Products & Operations from March 2019 to April 2020. In this position, they were accountable for the operational aspects of delivering financial products, implemented policies and procedures, and transitioned the organization into a data-first methodology.

From 2012 to 2019, Brad held multiple roles at Kabbage, Inc. These included Director of Strategic Risk Research & Development, Head of Risk/Fraud Operations, and Capital Recovery Manager. In these positions, they focused on credit and fraud solutions, established risk appetite frameworks, and developed methodologies for portfolio segmentation and loss forecasting.

Prior to their experience in the financial sector, Brad worked as an AP Calculus Teacher and Math Team Coach at Alabama School of Fine Arts in 2011. Brad also has experience in inventory management at Mountain High Outfitters from 2010 to 2011 and inventory restructuring at TIECO/HOUSE OF THREADS from 2008 to 2011. Additionally, they worked as a Warehouse Associate at Sherwin-Williams from December 2009 to September 2010.

Brad Elsinger attended Birmingham-Southern College from 2007 to 2011 and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics.
