Rutger Peters has a strong background in the gaming industry. Rutger co-founded Gamegate.com in 1998 and served as the VP of Business Development until 2001. Rutger then went on to be a co-founder and CEO of Zylom, which is now known as GameHouse, from 2001 to 2006. Rutger continued their career at GameHouse as a co-founder and Chief Revenue Officer from 2006 to 2009. After that, they founded Gynzy in 2009 and has been serving as the Founder and CEO ever since. Rutger Peters has a Marketing Management Degree from Haarlem Business School and Hogeschool Eindhoven, which they obtained from 1993 to 1997. Prior to that, they attended MEAO Eindhoven from 1989 to 1993, focusing on the Faculty of Economics. In 1988, they spent a year as an exchange student at Pawling High School in New York, USA, graduating from high school. Additionally, Rutger has obtained a certification as a Prof G Certified Strategist from Section4 in 2021.
