Chris Abney

Chris Abney is a seasoned software development professional with extensive experience in Java and system integration. Currently serving as a Java Web Developer at Gypsum Management and Supply since August 2014, Chris has previously held senior engineering roles at Quintiles and Ericsson Television, where significant contributions included developing integration software for clinical research and content management systems for the broadcasting industry. A strong background in Continuous Integration and diverse programming languages has been demonstrated through various positions at Apex Systems, IntercontinentalExchange, and The Home Depot. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology and an Associate of Science in Computer Science from Georgia State University Perimeter College, complemented by technical training in Electronics.
