Leslie Meriwether is an accomplished real estate professional with extensive experience in managing and advising on various aspects of commercial real estate. Currently serving as the Real Estate Manager at Gypsum Management and Supply since November 2022, Leslie manages a portfolio of over 400 properties across the United States and Canada. Prior to this role, Leslie distinguished as a Senior Transaction Manager at Colliers, where expertise was utilized in assisting corporate clients with their real estate strategies across North America and Puerto Rico. Additional experience includes consulting at LFM Advisors, providing underwriting and due diligence, as well as serving in investment and acquisition roles at firms such as Sealy SCS Ventures, First Industrial Realty Trust, and Colonial Properties Trust, showcasing a robust background in financial analysis, market research, and strategic acquisitions in the commercial real estate sector. Leslie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Finance from The University of Georgia.
