Chloe Mitchell, PhD, currently serves as Regional Sales Manager and Field Application Scientist for Canada and the Americas at Gyros Protein Technologies since May 2023. Previously, Chloe was a Graduate Student at The Hospital for Sick Children from August 2016 to December 2022, focusing on peptide inhibitors for Small Multidrug Resistant efflux pumps in antibiotic-resistant bacteria, particularly Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Concurrently, Chloe held multiple roles at the University of Toronto, including Graduate Professional Development Program Assistant, Teaching Assistant for BCH210, and Co-coordinator for a Mini Teaching Higher Education Workshop. Chloe earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Biochemistry from the University of Toronto in December 2022, and a Bachelor's of Science Honours in Biochemistry from Queen's University in 2016.
