Brian Wong is a seasoned professional in the culinary and restaurant management industry, currently serving as the Regional Operations Manager at Gyu-Kaku Japanese BBQ Restaurant since July 2021 and as a Night Sous Chef at Local Public Eatery since November 2020. Brian's prior experience includes roles as a Restaurant Consultant at Brian’s Consulting, Director of Franchise Operations, Franchise Consultant, and General Manager at The Captain's Boil, alongside various culinary positions at Moxie's Classic Grill, Moxies Bar And Grill, Just For Din Catering, and Montana's Cookhouse. Brian's educational background includes a Culinary Apprentice degree from George Brown College, obtained between 2011 and 2013.
