Filipa Madureira

Filipa Madureira has a diverse range of work experience in the field of human resources. Filipa began their career at SYNERGIE in 2006, where they worked as an HR Specialist for five years. Following this, they joined Prenatal as a Human Resources Technician from 2011 to 2012. In 2012, they transitioned to H.B. Fuller and took on various roles, including HR Specialist (Southern Europe) - Training & Development from 2012 to 2017, HR Business Partner from 2017 to 2018, Global HR Business Partner from 2018 to 2021, and currently holds the position of Global HR Business Partner & Talent Management Lead since 2021.

Filipa Madureira received their Degree in Human Resources from the Escola Superior de Estudos Industriais e de Gestão - Instituto Politécnico do Porto from 2002 to 2007. Filipa also pursued various short-term courses and certifications in project management, labor law, administrative processes in human resources, performance appraisal, ISO 9001:2008 implementation, tests application, and conflict management/time management/interview techniques.
