LaTia Maxwell, M.Jur., CCEP-I, serves as the Global Manager of Ethics and Compliance at H.B. Fuller since April 2022, leveraging extensive expertise in developing and implementing corporate compliance programs. As the owner of Spoonful of Sugar LLC, a unique loose leaf tea brand, Maxwell marries tea enjoyment with educational initiatives while supporting breast cancer awareness. Prior experience includes senior roles in strategic compliance advisory at Morae, customer success leadership at TEKsystems, and project management in IT at companies like Motorola Solutions and TD Ameritrade. Maxwell holds a Master of Jurisprudence in Compliance and Enterprise Risk Management from Loyola University Chicago and has a Bachelor of Arts in Computing from DePaul University, complemented by participation in the Project REAP fellowship in commercial real estate.
