Jason Kraus has a strong background in human resources, with experience at multiple companies. Jason began their career at Blackhawk Automotive Plastics as a Human Resource Assistant from February 2003 to March 2006. Jason then worked as a Human Resource Manager from March 2006 to December 2006.
In 2007, they joined American Fine Sinter Co., Ltd. as an Employee Relations Supervisor for a year before being promoted to Human Resource Manager from January 2008 to April 2011.
Since October 2011, they have been working at H.B. Magruder Memorial Hospital, where they have held various positions. Jason started as a Human Resource Generalist from June 2011 to October 2012, then became a Human Resource Manager for a few months from October 2012 to February 2013. Jason was then promoted to a higher role as the Director of Human Resources from February 2013 to October 2020. Currently, they serve as the Executive Director of Human Resources at the same hospital.
