Merav Gershtenman

Merav Gershtenman has a strong background in legal counsel and has held various roles throughout their career. Merav started their career at Tamir Fishman, Investment Banking Firm as a Legal Counsel from 2004-2006. Merav then joined Mintz Levin as a Senior Associate in 2006 and worked there until 2016. Currently, they are working at H.C. Wainwright & Co., LLC where they started as a Senior Legal Counsel in 2016 and was promoted to Chief Legal Officer in June 2020.

Merav Gershtenman completed their LL.B. degree in Law at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem from 1996 to 1999. Afterward, they pursued further education and obtained an LL.M. degree in International Trade and Business from Fordham University School of Law between 2002 and 2003.
