Bill Keegan has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Bill started their career in 1977 as the President and owner of Keegan Trucking, a small trucking company that serviced East Coast Seaports. In 1985, they transitioned to the Port Authority of NY & NJ, where they worked as a Police Officer, Sergeant, and ultimately as a Police Lieutenant in Special Operations. In 2007, they joined H.E.A.R.T. 9/11 Inc. as President and Founder.
Bill Keegan attended Saint Peter's University from 1973 to 1976, studying Psychology/Sociology. However, they did not earn a degree during this time.
