Justin Turner

Justin Turner is an experienced technology leader currently serving as the Managing Director of Software Engineering for Digital Pharmacy & Wellness at H-E-B since June 2012. In this role, Justin oversees the technology efforts for Wellness Clinics and Pharmacy, guiding teams through organizational changes and significant growth phases. Prior positions at H-E-B include Senior Director of Software Engineering, where Justin led the Digital Pharmacy and Wellness teams in modernization efforts, and Interim Head of Design, providing stability and guidance to design directors. Justin's early career at H-E-B included roles focused on Curbside & Home Delivery engineering and building a strong developer community. Prior to H-E-B, Justin worked as a Correctional Officer for the Texas Department of Criminal Justice. Justin holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Sam Houston State University.
