Paul Anderson

Paul Anderson has extensive experience in engineering and design, currently serving as Group Vice President of Design and Engineering at H-E-B since January 2018. Prior to this role, Paul held a series of leadership positions at Target from September 2007 to January 2018, including Sr. Director of Engineering and Engineering Group Manager for Refrigeration. Earlier career highlights include roles at Eaton Automotive as Operations Excellence Team Leader and at Taylor Industries as Project Engineer. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Iowa State University and has also studied at the University of Iowa, Waldorf College, and North Iowa Area Community College, where an Associate of Applied Science in Climate Control Technology was earned.
