Ben Thomas

Ben Thomas has extensive experience in loss prevention and security, currently serving as Senior Director of Loss Prevention & Security at H-E-B since August 2015, overseeing loss prevention initiatives across the South & West Regions in the Houston Division. Prior to H-E-B, Ben held multiple roles at Old Navy, including Multi-Market District Loss Prevention Manager and Territory ORC/External Investigations Manager. Additional experience includes positions at Macy's, The TJX Companies, Inc., Walmart, and Kmart Corporation, where responsibilities ranged from managing security operations to conducting investigations and training. Ben holds a degree from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.
