Bonnie Kosler

Bonnie Kosler has over 14 years of experience in compensation management at H-E-B, where Bonnie currently serves as Senior Manager of Compensation, a role held since September 2018. Prior to this position, Bonnie progressed through various levels of compensation roles, starting as an HR Administrative Assistant and eventually becoming Compensation Advisor III. Bonnie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Business Administration and Management from Texas A&M University.
