Mickie Erwin

Mickie Erwin is an experienced industrial engineer with a background in various engineering and customer service roles. Currently serving as an Industrial Engineer II at H-E-B since June 2020, Mickie has also held positions as a Distribution Center Services Team Leader and Facility Services Maintenance Supervisor. Prior experience includes working as a Construction Engineer II at Zachry Group, where responsibilities involved developing work package release plans and training new planners. Additional roles in hospitality and retail further contributed to strong customer service and operational skills. Mickie holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Texas at San Antonio and previously studied Pre-Engineering and Physics at Southwestern University.
