Tina Santos

Tina Santos has extensive experience in the retail industry, currently serving as Director of Customer Service at H-E-B since September 2008. Throughout her tenure at H-E-B, Tina has held various leadership positions, including Top Store Leader, Operations Talent Manager, Store Director, and Assistant Store Director, demonstrating a strong commitment to customer service and operational excellence. Prior to H-E-B, Tina worked as a Senior Accounting Assistant at Hart InterCivic from April 1998 to June 2008. Tina holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management from Texas State University, earned between 2009 and 2011.
